Welcome Party at Atkinson’s Park
4:30 pmPlease join us for a picnic at Atkinson park to begin the wedding celebrations! A taco truck will provide dinner. There will be pickle-ball, sand volleyball, a giant play toy and lawn games! Dress in comfortable clothes and bring chairs or blankets if you have them! Picnic Attire

Saturday, July 1
Shuttles to Galena Lodge
4:15 pm Two busses will leave town from the North YMCA parking lot. Please arrive by 4:15 to make sure your on a bus! You can leave your car at the YMCA safely overnight if your drinking. Buses back to town will leave Galena at 9:00pm, 10:00pm and 11:00pm they can drop you off most places in Ketchum, Elkhorn or Sun Valley.
Wedding Ceremony
5:30 pm Wedding Ceremony will be held in the Senate meadow at Galena Lodge. Please arrive by 5pm if you are diving to allow time to walk and find a seat. The walk from the lodge is on a dirt road, please wear comfortable shoes.
Cocktail Hour & Reception
6:30 pmCocktail hour and reception to follow the ceremony. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm. Dancing to follow! It can get cold at night in the mountains, please bring a jacket! Mountian Cocktail Attire

Important Notes
Ride the bus. We will provide shuttle service from Ketchum to Galena. The two buses will leave the YMCA at 4:30pm. They will depart from Galena back to town at 9:00 pm, 10:00pm, and 11:15pm.
Take a hike. There is a 15 minute walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site, please arrive by 5pm to allow time to walk and find a seat.
No heels. Comfortable flats, sandals, wedges or tennis shoes are advised. The bride will be rocking converse for the occasion.
Bring a jacket. It gets cold in the mountains when the sun goes down. Even if it is 80˚ during the day it can be 40˚ at night.
No cell service! You will lose cell reception about 10 minutes north of town. The lodge does have a landline that is available for use. If you have a babysitter in town the phone number is 208-726-4010 in case of emergency!
Sunday, July 2nd
Galena hang out
12:00 pmWe will be hanging out at Galena Lodge the day after the wedding! Come hang, recap the funny stories and say goodbye! The lodge has excellent coffee, brunch and live music on Sundays as well as hiking and biking trails for all levels. Nothing formal, we will be at the lodge from 12-3pm.
